In-Process Quality Control

  • For corrugated sheet production, the quality of the
    sheet and accuracy of the creasing line is tested
    every 1 minute by B Flute Operator, C Flute
    Operator, Double Decker Operator, Slitter
    Operator , and Line Supervisor (rotationally)
  • For Finishing Line :
    printing quality : is checked by operator and supervisor
    every 200 boxes
    Stitching quality : is checked every 15 minutes by
    supervisor
